Numerous (Russian) data bursts, paging signals, etc. on frequency

These guys sound like they could be in New England or the Northeast U.S.

1249 UTC: "Let me tell you what I regret the most in my retirement...I've lost a lot of friends...I had a one guy fall out of a (hunting) tree stand, he died by himself on the ground."
1250 UTC: More data bursts and paging signals obliterating the voice traffic
1250 UTC: "You come through a couple of times, if I remember correctly"
1251 UTC: "Hot cocoa, I put some marshmellows in it....my wife hasn't either really"
1251 UTC: "Since I've been on the GLP-1 I've been dropping weight like it's been a bad habit"
1252 UTC: More data burst and pager signal QRM while the other voice signal mixes in (AM voice)
1253 UTC: FM voice signal (weak) also causing QRM to the guys running AM on frequency
1253 UTC: "The noise stopped, if you want to keep talking..."
1253 UTC: "They'll have those deer stirred up for hours"
1254 UTC: "They could be going to a camp, maybe..."
1254 UTC: "If I were them....I'd be hunting 12 months out of the year"
1255 UTC: More data bursts QRM
1255 UTC: "The deer...around here..." "city folks..."
1255 UTC: More data / pager signal interference, drowning out the AM voice signals again
1256 UTC: "All the way to the county line..." "mail and stuff"
1256 UTC: "For some reason....trail" (more data bursts QRM, making copy very difficult)
1256 UTC: "Sleeping...." "normal"
1257 UTC:  "The bottom of the hill...right you turn at...road...you get to the top of the hill..." [severe QRM]
1257 UTC:  "You're right on the button, 9 miles of potholes and corduroy - those old roads are still there...
1258 UTC: "otherwise people get MAD!"  "DPW...a least a couple every year....snowmobiles...."
1258 UTC: [another FM mode voice signal mixing in]
1259 UTC: [QSO continues about road conditions, road repair habits of the local DPW...another mention of the county line]
1259 UTC: "I'm gonna guess between two and three, I could be wrong"
1300 UTC: More data burst QRM
1300 UTC: "They do pretty good"

I'm going to guess these guys are either hunters, or at least know hunters, and are somewhere in New England, maybe Pennsylvania?
