0624 - First noticed, signal fading up and into punk/rock...
0638 - A child sings "Over the Rainbow" and more punk/rock follows...
0655 - Positive ID as "XLR8"
0751 - Positive ID as "XLR8 - Accelerate !"
0751 - S/Off - QRT

SDR recording catch, 0625 sign on. Fairly week for a few minutes, then the signal came up to SIO 444.
