YHWH on 9600 kHz, AM mode, 0408 UTC, July 18, 2014.  It sounds like he has been up for a while, but I just turned the rigs on.

(edit) Off 0435 UTC, again finished with the Op live at the mic after the recorded program ended.

Finally caught a broadcast of this station.  Signal was weak with many fade-outs making copy difficult.
What I did manage to hear:
Contemporary application of the Messiah prophecy in Isaiah;
Invalidity of animal sacrifice because not specifically mentioned in the Ten Commandments;
Reflections on necessary conditions for the Second Coming; and,
Brief exposition on the Ten Commandments.
Ended with an odd, almost drone-like monotone piece into s/off.
Op did identify the station as "Radio Station 'Y-H-W-H'."

Typically his shows are about an hour long, so I suspect the start time was probably about 0330 UTC or so.
