Probably new Finnish station is on air now

Probably Westsound AM, the new licensed station from Finland is audible now on 3960,1 kHz with good signal strength but under terrible splatter from 3955 and 3965 kHz. Let's wait till 2100 UTC.

Btw, it seems, 3960 kHz is 24 hours a day at the moment. But, modulation is quite low, as for me.
