7325kHz NTV BWS GERMANY 081614 0427UTC South Bend, Indiana 30/9 Second Posting for this Station from South Bend, Indiana this week.
Even though I knew it was not a standard encoding, I spent a good half hour trying different DRM settings and filter bandwidths on that 30/9 signal. Of course no luck other than getting its id capture. Gave up when it went off the air at 0430utc.
