They were running some sort of drama around 6:30 utc this morning (9/12/14) on 3205 AM.

The signal was "loopy", if you'll excuse my choice of words. Bell clear and about s-6 at peaks, which lasted around a minute, barely a het when they bottomed out into long deep fades.

Radio here was a Drake R-4b with a 50 ft. sloper pointed towards the N.NE.

There was a crap load of static up and down the HF bands at times. I suspect the solar flares were saying "here we come".

I have a weak carrier fading in and out now, at 1828z.

90 meters is really not the ideal band for this, unless he's trying to reach listeners just in his town. Then it's perfect ;-)
