An Irish female presenter speaking about the National Ploughing Championships taking place this week. Speaker said the phrase "here in Ireland", and the signal strength is quite good so I'd believe that. A fitting station/broadcast doesn't appear to be in the schedules for this, and I don't know of any broadcast stations in Ireland that use shortwave.

Yep, just found that. I saw a listing for Ichtys Radio for HCJB for that time, but on further listening it was a recording of Life FM based in Cork. Thanks!
