Sounds like a SW broadcaster here---quite weak. Maybe asian?

I've been noticing 6870 and 6970 often at the same time. I assume a China jammer.

I happened to catch this for a few minutes with a fair to good S4/S5 signal while giving the dial a spin through 43 meters. 1153 UTC Asian pop sounding music, 1154 UTC Lady, then man in UNID presumed Asian language, the OFF at 1156 UTC after music and time pips. Interesting as the pips were about 4 minutes off from the top of the hour!
