Very consistent over the last hours with very little fading!!!!
Solid copy, with one second long dashes repeating every ten seconds
Hesitant to report this as it seems so strong and consistent without any interference either side of frequency.
Could this perhaps be some kind of commercial signalling or marker function?  Maybe a real beacon!!!  :D
Has this been previously reported ? Any takers ???

At 2149 UTC the signal suddenly disappeared.
Also some sporadic commercial traffic now overlapping 13000 kHz
Nothing further heard as of 2200 UTC
