12/3/09, 6925 USB, 0315-0330 UTC: Electronic instrumental music with lots of reverb/echo fx, no vocals.  Similar to programs from mysterious whispered ID station (possible Wolverine Radio), but no ID heard this time, whispered or otherwise.
