This one has been off for at least a year---maybe two.

Its back on now with a few hundred watts. They hope to get the power higher later on.

Reported on Glenn Hauser's email list.

I am hearing a carrier in and out of the noise now---cant tell if its them or not. 0054 2 Feb 2015

I think I've got them here, faint and about 50% readable at the moment in English but I also have a nasty UTE stepping on them making things difficult.

Same here with YL in english @ 0200, but utility station makes for difficult listening.
