New fast dasher

For the past week during the night time I have been hearing a very weak fast dasher
on 4107 khz.  I think this is a pirate beacon.

Feb 6   time 0200 utc freq. 4107 khz   fast dasher not moving the s meter but Q5 every dash heard.
It is nice that since the old standard beacon have either gotten very very weak or they are no more that
another beacon has appeared.   This may be a very low power beacon just a few milliwatts but who knows.
