Woman singing a country song with man giving quick station ID @ 0248 then s/off.  Unable to clearly hear ID. Good but somewhat weak signal.

SDR recording catch. First heard at 0235 with faint music. Too weak for Shazam to ID.
0237 OM talking over music? Then more music
0241 OM, gave possible website URL, then YL talking. "Voice of... " ?
0242 More music.
0247 OM talk?

I wonder if this is the same station as our UNID from the night before?  http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,21286.0.html

Recorder Catch on 6925 USB

Heard pretty much what others have posted, at fair signal level in high storm QRN.

At 0241, an OM did give a URL which I could not decipher here due to noise bursts.  This was followed by YL talk which after very many listens seemed to include the words "...the voice of <what sounded like 'mentally'> ... the voice of...<what sounded like 'turtle head'>...".

This may be a stretch, but I am wondering if this was TurtleHead Radio?  The noise bursts were loud last nite and really fragged the audio.

If the op would be interested in clarifying the record, please shoot me an email, and thanks!
