SIW beacon in slant CW mode 13554.71 kHz APR 18 2015

I am seeing SIW in slant mode CW (dits show ~ 5 Hz upward deflection, dahs show ~ 5 Hz downward deflection) as seen with ARGO software using 10 dots/sec setting on 13554.71 kHz USB dial frequency.

50 Hz above SIW is EH beacon best seen @ 3 dots/sec setting.
