Weak signal but usable
Female announcer, then male singer with something abou the last world

Found it at 0040, it went away at 0043 and came back at 0046.

SDR recording catch. 0040 sign on with YL talking, which was Dead Kennedys' "Advice From Christmas Past" according to Shazam. 
0042 Dead Kennedys' "Government Flu"
0046 Repeated the same two songs
