Signal above the noise at times

1250 - Fame - David Bowie
1257 - Heart of Glass - Blondie
1300 - possibly a rap song with that well known chirpy / birdy sounding sound ?
1304 - fading down to under noise level or S/Off ?

SDR recording catch. Extremely weather, literally just above the noise floor.
Sounded like Bowie "Fame" at 1250.
