New PA TIS 1670 AM 2050 UTC 6 Jun 2015

I'm hearing a new-to-me TIS station on 1670 kHz, run by the PA Dept of Transportation. It is announcing four call signs: WQHI497, WQHI499, WQRX924 and WPEA856. Checking maps, my guess is it is one of the WQRX924 TIS stations, as they are closest to me, maybe the one in Shrewsbury. A very strong signal, S9. Just a short loop saying PA-581 is closed from exit 5 to 6 to replace a bridge, it looks like this project: http://www.wgal.com/news/portion-of-581-to-be-shut-down-throughout-weekend/33415342

This may be a temporary TIS station for this project.
