2258 - Positive ID & frequencies given in EE looped by YL:"This is Radio Veritas Asia"
           over music - this must be an Interval signal
2300 - into what I assume is Filipino or Tagalog programme

you caught the broadcast in Fillipino.(See attached picture).
Almost 8400 miles to Palauig in the province of Zambales, located North-West of Manila.
