I am picking up a station on 6970 that fades in and out.  I am unable to get a solid copy on it.

02:52 Finally heard the announcer give the "6969" ID through the noise.  S3 - S5.  Very noisy.

Mostly below the noise here tonight, but occasional peaks of audio making it through.  Decent copy of ID @ 0252.
Another clear ID @ 0255 and into Styx song, fair copy.
Weaker ID @ 0209, mostly below the noise again since 0200.

SDR recording catch. Tough copy until about 0240 when the 6967 station signed off, then about an SIO 333.
