2139 ID, said test transmission. Now a beeping sound.
2146 Announces 10 watts PEP. Pretty good for 10 watts!

SIO 333 here while listening live; seems to have been some decrease in sig while I was out running errands

I caught the very tail-end of the transmission..I was scrolling around 40m digital and had khz step on and overshot. The ended with a SSTV transmission before Star Spangled Banner. It was a good S7 here in Northern Virginia, but lots of static crashes.
