Asking hypothetically...

Not knowing anything about pin outs or soldering, my friend looking for an easy way to
insert external audio into the microphone audio input line without a mixing board.
Modular RJ-45 type microphone plug.

Any Elmer types have any experience with this or this Model switch?
I know my friend would be eternally grateful...
