SDR recording catch.  Mostly just a weak carrier until 0216 when the signal popped up out of the noise to reveal ZZ Top "Sharp Dressed Man", followed by what sounded like an OM talking. Not sure if it was an ID, the signal was fading out then.

Here is a recording. Any ideas? Any op want to claim this?

The Voice of Laryngitis relay the other day had "Sharp Dressed Man" followed by radio drama parody type programming, so may have been a repeat of that.
