11:07 utc 4062.062 Khz. Its there with a series of short dashes but in the mud.

~4060 +/- kHz (VFO): Inyo County, Calif., (occasional) 'TR' ident in CW when op. goes on trips; AM music when op. takes bike rides, etc. plays music some mornings around sunrise or a bit after for a while, 250 mW carrier - 500 mW PEP to inv. vee. (was 6710 formerly). (This beacon on average drifts 2-3 kHz night to day with temp. swings inside house).

That is probably what you heard...often the keying sounds like C instead of TR...

Anyway a cool catch because as the info. says from above it is not on the air that often...
