WJD 6925 USB 2326 UTC 6 Nov 2015
« on: November 06, 2015, 2327 UTC »
Just signed on, possible ID at start, strong signal but wow, horrible modulation.
Another ID, could have been WJP, which was logged earlier.
Waaaay too over modulated. Turn down the gain.
Copied the SSTV here, thanks, it helped with the ID.

Tough catch. ID at 2330u by YL. Audio has problems. Thanks for the show, despite the complaints. Glad to hear you on the air. Signal is S9 now.
All logs made from my own SDRs, boatanchors, and antennas

A fairly steady S8, but distorted audio.  ID's @ 2328 and 2331 and 2334 with music between.
Difficult to understand the ID's due to heavy distortion.
A clearer WJ P D, Radio Indiana ID @ 2340.
WJD is the ID in the SSTV transmission @ 2345.

Heard an ID at 2340 UTC by OM...sounded like WJV...thought he said Worldwide but didn't have the recorder running. Followed by SSTV...
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, my antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV pics and recordings).

Stronger copy now; about an S7

As others have ment, it sounds now (with the stronger signal) like the audio is a bit crunchy.  The audio in this 2nd show is more distorted than the show I heard earlier (after a comparison).  Hope this helps.

Good to hear you again, WJD!
