S6 along with the noise level, sometimes above it

2343 - Report on Chinese run radio stations here in USA
          ...covert radio network... - ...Chinese State run radio broadcasts...
2359 - Thought I heard a YL with a CKUT ID, but I'm not 100% sure

No positive ID heard, ID'd by others.

Also S6 to S7 here, nice on peaks, rough during the dips.
Playing the pirate radio report show by Chris Lobdell @ 0005 with audio from Shortwave Ghost  and mentions of several other pirate stations that were heard on Halloween such as WREC, Illuminati, etc...
ID always seems to come during a dip in signal strength so far.
CKUT email given by YL @ 0012 and off @ 0013.
