Carrier has been there for a while, just hearing bits...

 The signal here is really difficult there is two people talking with a female and male but there is plenty of noise, which means it in the mud here in South Carolina, most signals tonight have been good. There seems to be all talk here since I have been listening! Listening since 02:52UTC signal has not improve!
