Signal came up rather suddenly..thought it was RFR at first

Man/woman singing @ 0057 into ID by male anncr @ 0101 back into another song by woman singing. 
Signal is a bit weak and sometimes lost in noise.
Possible Christmas-themed muisc with another ID @ 0111.
Can't positively ID due to static levels, so Moonlight Radio as temt ID.
Just a boy with his radio and some wire.
