XLR8 6955 USB 0300 UTC 29 Dec 2015
« on: December 29, 2015, 0302 UTC »
S6 with deep fades.  Playing "King of Kings" by Motorhead.
0305 - big fade to the noise, can barely tell something is there now. :(

0310 - still audible on the longwire, "Overkill" by Motorhead
0312 - "Ace of Spades"
0317 - back up to S6 with more Motorhead
Thanks for the ID, JC, I must have missed it during the fade.
0320 - caught the ID that time.
0325 - "Fast And Loose"
0400 - S6 to S7 with "Silver Machine" by Hawkwind

Thanks for the tribute show!

I just got a brand new IC-7200 radio and this is the first pirate station I have ever heard! Lots of fun. Before this I was using portables and never had any luck. I threw up a 100' longwire just to be able to listen. I am going to be upgrading of course. Is there a way to get a QSL card. I did not catch an address or contact info. Being my first I would really really like to get a QSL. That would be so cool.
