15140 OMAN. R. Sultanate of Oman - Thumrayt. Arabic programming 1755, song 1759, various anncts after 1800. Weak signal and one of only two stations heard on the band at this time (the other being 15205 Riyadh till 1800 s/off), Jan 15.
