Not quite "unusable," but not quite "poor" either.

Just above the noise floor with some S3 peaks at 2329 UTC with UNID tune by YL singer
2332 UTC Synth voiced YL with "Moonlight Radio" ID
2335 UTC Signal dropped down a bit...tough copy now
2342 UTC OM with ID...OFF I think now
