0336 UTC Signal just above the noise here with OM...."For the next hour sit quietly and we will control all that you hear...there is nothing wrong. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to the ? Outer Limits. This show is titled "The Truth". There was eerie spacey music and sound effects in the backdrop.
0339 UTC OM with different voice...."send me their short stories...they want me to produce and even read on the air"...(then something about the "CSIC format"?....)
(Signal either faded out or QRT'd at 0340+ UTC)

I have no idea what this was....hmmm ??? Obviously the opening narration for the Outer Limits TV show....

This was KIPM, decent signal here with ID's, Elkhorn, NE maildrop and details similar to Rafman's.
