    I've had a copy of this book for a few years now and was rereading it recently, and today decided to do a search to see if anyone had it as a pdf to download. Lo and behold the nsa has all parts available, I don't have to scan and convert the whole book now! You guys will love this book, and you can thank me with sdr rigs or cash or what have you. So glad I don't have to scan this but I was going to, and share it with you all.
