I'm hearing an S5 signal here with YL and OM talking in UNID language and background orchestral music. Can't find anything listed for this oddball frequency on an internet search.

Hmmm....perhaps a punch up error?
Listening back on the recording, it sounds like a religious station. Perhaps TWR?
