Absolutely - I can't believe that they wouldn't be aware of that but oh well.
Thanks for the post,

Agreed.  That is really bizarre, and not the pleasant sort of bizarre either. :(  This's going to cause all sorts of logging confusion, on top of the sharding shame of a squash factor.  Zambia's hard enough to hear as is!

If there's an e-mail address afloat for the Ugandan station, I might just have to clue them in that they're stepping on a friendly, as it were.

tried the 5915 signal on Friday UT  .  WHRI is 9 +40 at 5920 that is audible at 5914.5 my qth.
That is that I guess.

Edit 355z  3/25/16 ut  They are on 5910  with a decent signal, sign off was 358.

Zambia on 5915 after HRI sign off with a steady signal although low audio / OM taking calls

Found out the reason Radio Lead Africa gave up 5910 as a frequency -
March 27 (start of A16) found very strong NHK (via France) on 5910,
first tuned in at 0304 and noted 0500* (schedule 0300-0500). So RLAM
would not have had any chance of reception against NHK.
