2253 UTC OM with email addy moonlightradio1@gmail.com , another OM said something and OFF at 2254 UTC

I've got some audio here too in NY at 2323 UTC, sounds like a Rick James song.  Trying out my SDRplay with the new SDR Console V3.  Band noise is high tonight, plus there's some peskies on LSB.
