RRI's broadcast begins at 1100z, usually an easy pick up.  Started receiving only at 1120z at a barely audible level.  Female OM.

1128z Signal much stronger but a lot of noise/fading.  OM gives Champions League scores
1130z "You are listening to Radio Romania International"
1131z -  Female OM, folk music
1137z - Fourth straight folk tune - lovely.  Signal very good.
1140z - Arts and Culture in review.  Female OM.  Signal excellent.
1152z - Romanian without tears.
1155z - Waltz, 1700z next broadcast.  Email address. Interval tune. Sign off.
1159z - Faint RRI interval tune.
1200z - Female OM, broadcast in non-English language.  Poor reception, static, fading.
