I have had great success receiving 7610 on most days from home but nothing today (1600z-1630z) at work.  I tried at lunch with the PL-600 and its accompanying wire out the window.  The set up has afforded me reception today from Australia, Romania, KBS, Vatican, Oman, and WWCR but nothing on 7610 - hopefully tonight.
