I am pretty sure I heard a WPIG ID, and this does sound like the same program that has been aired several times before.

Cincy was nearly named "Hogopolis" in it's early years. Boy, did the no-go on the Ohio miss the boat on that one. "The Cincinnati Hoglegs" playing at the Great American Ballpark, or "Hogpen" and the "Boars" playing at the Paul Brown Slaughter House

Instead their sports teams are mistaken for Commies and kitty cats.
