Some interesting music playing. Not moving the S-meter much
but good copy. The preamp on the ICOM brings up the sig nicely.
It's good to see the night time propagation picking up on 19 meters.

0355 Reggae type music playing, one of my favorite BC stations.
They still owe me a QSL card from about a year ago.

I was listening to them during the 0300-0400 hour. They played "Tainted Love" at one point.

I contacted them via email a couple of months ago and received an eQSL. Did you email or snail mail your report?

I sent them a reception report via post back in May of 2015, got a paper QSL with a whole roll of stickers and some brochures of their station in October of 2015 or so.

I made sure to attach a few bucks to the letter though.
