9580 seems to be down which is too bad because that's the frequency that's usually best for me. I can hear them weakly on 12085.

Likewise, nothing on 9580 here today which is very strong for me.  However, RNZI just boomed in on 9700, quite odd.

Was a bit disappointed to find 9580 kHz absent, I listened to 12085 kHz for awhile, now I switched to the Twente WebSDR to enjoy Radio Australia remotely on 12065 kHz.

I just checked for RNZI but got nothing but the usual static for this time of day. I was listening to them Thursday night (5/7, around 0430 UTC) at 15720 and they cut out for a minute, right in the middle of an interview, came back on for a minute, then cut out again, apparently for good. Maybe they're having transmitter troubles.
