S9 signal, fades and peaks (up to +20 db). OM speaking. YL speaking at 0342, then OM back. 0344 - music.

According to short-wave.info, this is a 100 kW transmission from Madagascar. Not bad for that wattage and distance. (Their website says this is aimed at North and South America - if so, Madagascar seems like an odd choice, but then again I don't know anything about this business and just about as much about propagation.)
