I've been hearing WEAK in and out of the noise since about 0351z.

0358z: WEAK Radio ID, parody commercial for "Parents of Girls Gone Wild".
0403z: Punk song with "I'm a born loser, I never had no luck" in lyrics.

SINPO - 34322. Regular cycles of good signal for a few seconds at a time, then fades to barely audible for a minute. Puny propagation again after a couple of fairly good days.
