Cosmic Dust Shortwave 6955.8 AM 2117 6/12/16
« on: June 12, 2016, 2155 UTC »
2211z seeing carrier with small bursts of audio
2220z signal climbing, heard music & anns
2234z /off

Was s3-4 but I have a feeling this was Euro in nature... I wasn't able to get to computer for check on Twente...

Anyone else hear it? Know who it was? Another 30 mins & it would have been totally readable  :-\

***Thanks to you for helping me out... I was in a rush, time shifted, missed logs [didn't even search]. It's hot & I was minus 10 gals of water from working in heat! Lucky I barely typed it LOL!

SDR recording catch, signed on with ID "This is Cosmic Dust Shortwave". I logged this one a day or two ago as well. Not much above the noise level here.
Off at 2134.

Rafman: I think your UTC times are off an hour?
Also, I suspect this was a NAm station, vs a Euro?

Very interesting, Skipmuck! Maybe these two stations are related?

The frequency seems to be the same...rather unusual too! Now...if I can only hear it...so far just a carrier here :-\
There is also a band named Cosmic Dead! Uhhh...and a band called Sonic Dust.... 8)
