Faint, noisy signal. This is also being broadcast on 5985, 6035, and 9730 - no luck here on these frequencies.
This is an annual "shortest" day (beginning of winter) broadcast to UK researchers in Antartica, produced by BBC.  A very homey transmission by family and friends.  I picked it up for the first time last year.
