(Not scifi...sounds like patriotic background music with an OM giving a speech)

Was poor copy until 2350, when signal suddenly jumped up to S6 and good copy.

s9 medium fades, minor qrm, fair audio over s6 noise floor

sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
