Excellent reception, in Portuguese.

Well, right now, despite the NBC delay, the Opening Ceremony of the Rio Olympics is happening.  I had thought RN would offer some coverage of the Ceremony, especially since a month ago they afforded Copa America live coverage as it was contested on a different continent - not so.

0205z Coverage of the speech welcoming everyone to Olympic games (NBC is showing teams still marching in)  In english "Rio is ready to make history" - IOC President?
