There's a lot of noise on that frequency. I see the occasional long dash also, but I don't hear any regular pattern to them.

Heard weakly three cycles at around 2109 to about 2116 UTC (/-)
Very weakly and did not hear PDX only the P and the rest of the
characters possibly obliterated by very strong localized noise.
Strange long dash for sure with a long break with no signal in between.
Listening on a random wire well tuned into Kenwood TS870.
Hearing lots of CB like chatter on adjacent frequencies.

Not hearing at all at 2122 UTC   ????

OOOPSS! Just heard one long dash and just the P for an id at 2124 UTC

The 26600 beacon that I know of is located in the Southwest US. It's actual frequency varies between 26600.1 and 25999.9 depending on the state of the battery. It seems to get quite weak when the frequency drops below 26600. It just transmits very long dashes at the moment, no ID.
The current duty cycle seems to be rather hard on the battery. In the future, the duty cycle may be lowered or the panel and battery upgraded.
It seems from what I have been hearing that there may be one or more other beacons nearby.
Here is a Argo capture that I took earlier. Notice the duration the ticks. loooong dashes  :)

Hello Wolf 35!
Yes I see your ARGO display and the long dashes.
I know that several times I heard a cw "P" right after the dash stopped.
Perhaps this is another beacon or station by coincidence on a similar frequency
which  may be closer or from the standpoint of propagation advantageous to
East Coast listeners.

I would not have mentioned this except that I heard several occurrences
of the "P" character after the dash. This continues to be interesting and
any other information that can be shared would be appreciated.
