Time is 2350utc...got it very weak but getting stronger 4000.47 khz

Got it again 4000.40kHz  weak but nice fad ups...dash every 1.5-2 sec
Time 0312 utc nice to have another 4mc beacon if that is what it is....

Hi all, sitting here listening to this 4 mhz (beacon).
I have the frequency at 4000.23khz
The beeps (dits) are every 10 seconds
it is weak but audible at 0044z 09/09/16
