Not sure how long they have been on. I had been checking on and off much of the morning with the NRD-545 dipole and just getting static. 
I checked with the netSDR and sky loop, and there they are with an S7 signal. 
CFRX 6070 is S9 on the 545/dipole, so that combo is working OK, just not picking up this particular station. Isn't propagation fun?

Occasional music peaks . Not as good today, S3 worth of QRN at 1543z
