2305 Carrier came on, then instrumental music. Bells?
2308 OM repeating "Your selectors are locked, your channel is centered" repeated, must be KIPM!

2310- dramatic sounding music
2312- OM with repeated ID as KIPM
2313- OM giving a PO Box
2316- OM talking, mentioned "I was about to go home..."
2321- OM talking but unable to copy

6925.45 kHz here - slightly above and below an S7 noise level

Maybe an early Halloween Show (?)

2306 - Positive ID by OM as: "KIPM"
2308 - "if the windows are locked, go down in the cellar" (?)
2311 - dramatic music with buzzer
2312 - ID by OM - slowly and repeated
2313 - "there is nothing wrong with this transmission..."
2314 - into a radio drama...
2324 - "so I ordered a cheeseburger..."

I can hear the OM talking, but the QRN here is brutal for some reason.....
